Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uchwyt mocujący, charakteryzujący się tym, że na monolitycznej opasce zaciskowej (1) o profilu litery „T” osadzona jest połączona z nią zatrzaskowo monolityczna podstawa (2), przy czym opaskę zaciskową (1) stanowi listwowy element o prostokątnym przekroju poprzecznym z wykonanymi na jednej jego powierzchni karbami (6), którego jeden koniec połączony jest nierozłącznie ze środkową częścią prostopadle usytuowanego do niego prostopadłościennego elementu blokującego (9) natomiast monolityczną podstawę (2) stanowi profilowy płytkowy element, który w podłużnej jego osi symetrii na górnej powierzchni (11) ma wykonane dwa usytuowane naprzeciw siebie prostopadłościenne odsadzenia (12 i 13) o profilach U-owych, z otworami przelotowymi (12' i 13'), przy czym wewnątrz U-owego odsadzenia (13) na powierzchni (11) płytkowego elementu wykonane jest odsadzenie zaczepowe (14) tworzące pomiędzy jego górną powierzchnią i wewnętrzną dolną powierzchnią odsadzenia (13) szczelinę S pod listwowy element opaski zaciskowej (1), natomiast pomiędzy obu tymi odsadzeniami (12 i 13) w pionowej osi symetrii profilowego płytkowego elementu wykonany jest przelotowy otwór (17) z odsadzeniem zaczepowym, tworzącym pomiędzy jego powierzchnią i powierzchnią dłuższego boku otworu (17) szczelinę S' pod listwowy element opaski zaciskowej (1).
