Przedmiotem wynalazku jest preparat farmaceutyczny do zastosowania w profilaktyce lub leczeniu, nadciśnienia ocznego i/lub jaskry u pacjenta, zawierający farmaceutycznie dopuszczalny nośnik, rozcieńczalnik, środek pomocniczy i/lub substancję wspomagającą, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera genisteinę w ilości od 10 do 15% wag. w odniesieniu do całkowitej masy preparatu farmaceutycznego, który również występuje w postaci kapsułki z otoczką HPMC.
