Abstract
Wspomagany komputerowo sposób wytwarzania szyn prądowych polegający na tym, że obejmuje kolejno: (A) utworzenie w programie komputerowym modelu 3D szyny prądowej, którego poprawność na bieżąco kontrolowana jest przez program komputerowy, wraz z jednoczesnym zadaniem własności materiałowych projektowanej szyny prądowej oraz wymaganych do jej wytworzenia operacji technologicznych; (B) obliczenie rozwinięcia szyny prądowej; (C) walidację i przezbrojenie urządzenia do plastycznego kształtowania płaskowników; (D) przesłanie informacji do urządzenia do plastycznego kształtowania płaskowników; (E) uruchomienie urządzenia do plastycznego kształtowania płaskowników i wykonanie zadanej operacji technologicznej; (F) monitorowanie i kontrola poprawności wykonywania zadanej operacji technologicznej w czasie rzeczywistym. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również układ urządzeń służących do realizacji tego sposobu oraz urządzenie do plastycznego kształtowania płaskowników tym sposobem.
