Abstract

Opakowanie obiadowe do produktów spożywczych, przystosowane do pakowania dań gotowych na wynos, składa się z co najmniej jednoczęściowej komory właściwej (1) oraz pokrywy (2) połączonej z komorą właściwą za pośrednictwem cienkiej, giętkiej listwy. Wszystkie części opakowania tworzą jednolitą strukturę. Na brzegu pokrywy (2) i komory właściwej (1) znajduje się system zamknięć, który obejmuje co najmniej dwa poziome wypusty (4) pokrywy (2) posiadające przetłoczenia (5) a komora właściwa (1) posiada co najmniej dwa poziome wypusty (6) komory (1), z których każde posiada wgłębienie szerokości mniejszej niż szerokość poziomych wypustów (4) pokrywy (2). Przy dnie wgłębień, po obu ich stronach znajdują się poziome szczeliny wchodzące pod nieprzetłoczony fragment wypustu (6) komory (1), przy czym pokrywa (2) posiada pionowy, obwodowy występ z wywiniętym na zewnątrz kołnierzem  umiejscowiony dookoła jego krawędzi a komora właściwa (1) posiada pionowy, obwodowy występ z kołnierzem, umiejscowiony dookoła jej krawędzi za wyjątkiem obszaru listwy (3). Poniżej pionowego występu komory właściwej (1) znajduje się pierwsze poziome, obwodowe odsadzenie a pod nim znajduje się drugie poziome, obwodowe odsadzenie gdzie pionowy występ pokrywy (2) oparty jest o drugie odsadzenie komory (1) w pozycji zamkniętej opakowania a dwa naroża (14) komory właściwej (1) znajdujące się na krawędzi z giętką listwą (3) posiadają dodatkowe poziome występy, znajdujące się nad pierwszym poziomym, obwodowym osadzeniem. The packaging is made of non-oriented, multi-layer foamed polypropylene foil.
