Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są estry kwasu trimelitowego i izoprenolu oraz sposób ich otrzymywania na drodze reakcji transestryfikacji trimelitanu tris(2-etyloheksylu) z izoprenolem przy użyciu jednego z trzech katalizatorów: tlenku dibutylocyny, tlenku dioktylocyny albo dilaurynianu dibutylocyny. Reakcja może być prowadzona na dwa sposoby: aby otrzymać zawartość estrów podstawionych na poziomie min. 88% wag. albo, aby otrzymać zawartość estrów monopodstawionych na poziomie min. 67% wag. Po oddestylowaniu pozostałości alkoholi mieszanina estrów może zostać zastosowana do plastyfikacji polichlorku winylu.
