Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest moduł do stanowiska pomiarowego do empirycznej weryfikacji naprężeń zagęszczających podczas procesu aglomeracji ciśnieniowej. Składa się on z nieruchomego tłoka dolnego (1) zaślepiającego dno komory zagęszczającej (A) stanowiska, w której porusza się tłok ruchomy (B) stanowiska. Nieruchomy tłok dolny (1) podparty jest na czujniku tensometrycznym (2), którego położenie jest ustalone z wykorzystaniem tulei dolnej stanowiska (C) z wymienną tuleją podporową (4) lub korzystnie przez pierścień pozycjonujący (3).The subject of the application is a module for a measurement station for empirical verification of compaction stresses during the pressure agglomeration process. It consists of a stationary lower piston (1) plugging the bottom of the compaction chamber (A) of the station, in which the movable piston (B) of the station moves. The stationary lower piston (1) is supported on a strain gauge sensor (2), the position of which is determined using the lower station sleeve (C) with a replaceable support sleeve (4) or preferably by a positioning ring (3).
