Abstract

Podświetlany uchwyt sprzętu grzejnego składa się z zamkniętego profilu (2) uchwytu ze szczeliną (7) rozciągającą się wzdłuż dłuższego wymiaru profilu (2), zamkniętego na końcach zaślepkami (15), wyposażonego w diody LED (4) jako źródło światła, który to profil jest zamocowany do zespołu drzwi sprzętu grzejnego za pośrednictwem wsporników (11) uchwytu. Podświetlany uchwyt charakteryzuje się tym, że we wnętrzu profilu (2) uchwytu znajduje się płytka obwodu drukowanego PCB (3) z nalutowanymi diodami LED (4), jednostką sterująca świeceniem diod LED (4) oraz jednostką do komunikacji z elektronicznymi elementami sprzętu grzejnego, połączona mechanicznie i elektrycznie z uchwytem, która to płytka PCB (3) jest zamocowana w obudowie (5) zawierającej szereg otwartych komór (6) usytuowanych tak, że każda dioda LED (4) znajduje się wewnątrz oddzielnej komory i jest zwrócona w stronę szczeliny (7) w czołowej części profilu (2) uchwytu, a ponadto w obudowie (5) płytki PCB (3) znajdują się gniazda (8) na nakrętki montażowe (9), współosiowe ze śrubami (10) znajdującymi się we wspornikach (11) uchwytu, natomiast w czołowej powierzchni profilu (2) uchwytu (1) jest zamocowany klosz (12) podświetlenia uchwytu (1), szczelinie (7) rozciągającej się wzdłuż dłuższego wymiaru profilu (2), a na powierzchni obudowy (5) płytki PCB (3), naprzeciwko klosza (12), znajduje się pasek półprzezroczystego materiału dyfuzyjnego (13).
