Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest symulator ramienia ciśnieniomierzy oraz sposób symulacji ciśnienia z wykorzystaniem symulatora według wynalazku. Pompa (10) działa impulsowo imitując bicie serca, przepompowuje ciecz ze zbiornika obiegowego cieczy (12). Ciecz wypływa z pompy (10) przez redukcję (7) do trójnika (21) z zamontowanym czujnikiem ciśnienia cieczy (3), wychodząc z trójnika wpływa do dolnego rozdzielacza (19) i wtłaczana jest przewodem, bądź przewodami na ciecz (16) do rozdzielacza górnego (18), skąd wylotem (17), przez przewód (15) ciecz przepływa przez zawór podtrzymania ciśnienia (14) stanowiący regulowane ograniczenie przepływu, następnie przewodem (13) następuje swobodny spływ cieczy z powrotem do zbiornika obiegowego cieczy (12). The liquid flows from the pump (10) through the reduction (7) to the tee (21) with an installed liquid pressure sensor (3), coming out of the tee it flows into the lower distributor (19) and is pumped through the liquid conduit or conduits (16) to the distributor upper (18), from where the liquid flows through the outlet (17), through the conduit (15), through the pressure maintenance valve (14) constituting an adjustable flow limitation, and then through the conduit (13) the liquid flows freely back to the liquid circulation tank (12). The liquid circulation is closed.
