Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest implant zębowy ze zmodyfikowaną warstwą wierzchnią, który charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada obszar mocujący implant w części gąbczastej oraz obszar do przerostu kością korową. Implant zębowy w obszarze mocującym implant z kością posiada gwint, który zagęszcza kość w trakcie implantacji w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie implantu, a w obszarze do przerostu tkanką kostną wyposażony jest w rowki spiralne do zwiększenia powierzchni przerastania. Ponadto w obszarze kontaktu z tkanką kostną ma zmodyfikowaną powierzchnię metodą plazmowego utleniania elektrochemicznego w celu rozwinięcia powierzchni przez wykonanie mikroporowatej struktury.
