Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest beton jamisty zawierający kruszywo, cement, wodę oraz zbrojenie. Beton ten charakteryzuje się tym, że jego zbrojenie powleczone jest warstwą (3d) zawierającą mieszaninę cementu i krzemionki w stosunku od 1:1 do 4:1, która jest związana i utwardzona wodą. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania zbrojonego betonu jamistego polegający na tym, że jego składniki są ważone, dozowane i transportowane do mieszarki, w której następuje proces mieszania, w którym powstaje masa jamistego betonu konstrukcyjnego, która następnie jest umieszczana w formie odlewczej prefabrykatu (1), w której umieszcza się także zbrojenie po czym masa betonu jamistego jest pozostawiona do utwardzenia, po czym następuje rozformowanie i wyciągnięcie gotowego prefabrykatu (1). This method is characterized by the fact that the reinforcement is previously coated by immersion with a bonded and water-hardened layer (3d) containing a mixture of cement and silica in a ratio from 1:1 to 4:1, with the ratio of the mixture of cement and silica to water ranging from 5 :1 to 25:7, then aged to solidify the layer (3d), and then placed in a prefabricated casting mold (1).
