Abstract

Zgłoszenie ujawnia urządzenie do wytwarzania proszków metali i stopów metali. Zbudowane jest z komory (1), która stanowi jednocześnie układ pozycjonujący główne elementy układu atomizacji, a w jej górnej części zamocowany jest układ topienia i wstępnego rozpylania łukowego (2), który jest osiowo zorientowany względem układu rozpylania ultradźwiękowego (3), przy czym co najmniej jeden z układów, korzystnie układ ultradźwiękowy (3) powinien mieć zapewnioną ruchliwość o co najmniej dwóch stopniach swobody, natomiast do dolnej części komory (1) doprowadzony jest układ separacji (6) połączony z układem filtracji (5), który z kolei połączony jest z układem recyrkulacji (4), natomiast do układu topienia indukcyjnego i wstępnego rozpylania łukowego (2) doprowadzone jest źródło zasilające (10), a do układu rozpylania ultradźwiękowego (3) doprowadzony jest układ stabilizacji temperatury (7), układ sterowania (8) oraz generator ultradźwiękowy (9).
