Abstract

Zgłoszenie ujawnia układ do ultradźwiękowej atomizacji proszków metali i stopów charakteryzujący się tym, że w górnej części komory (1) umocowany jest układ topienia indukcyjnego (2), który jest osiowo zorientowany względem układu atomizacji ultradźwiękowej (3) ma zapewnioną ruchliwość na co najmniej dwóch stopniach swobody względem układu topienia umożliwiającą zmianę odległości pomiędzy dwoma układami oraz ich położenie kątowe, przy czym ruchliwość tego układu nadal zapewnia osiowość względem układu topienia indukcyjnego (2), przy czym do dolnej części komory (1) doprowadzony jest układ separacji (6) połączony z układem filtracji (5), który z kolei połączony jest z układem recyrkulacji (4), natomiast do układu topienia indukcyjnego (2) doprowadzone jest źródło zasilające (10), a do układu atomizacji ultradźwiękowej (3) doprowadzony jest układ stabilizacji temperatury (7), układ sterowania (8) oraz generator ultradźwiękowy (9).
