Zamkniecie zapobiega przypadkowemu otwarciu butelki zwlaszcza przez dzieci. Zamkniecie jest oryginalne uksztaltowaniem, estetyczne i o starannych proporcjach podnoszacych wzornictwo. Istota niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni. Zamkniecie butelki bedzie wykonywane sposobem wedlug dotychczasowego stanu techniki z nieprzezroczystego, sprezystego tworzywa sztucznego, metoda wtrysku. PL PLBOTTLE CLOSURE The industrial design registration right is valid from October 4, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle closure used primarily for plastic bottles with threaded necks, particularly for bottles used to store harmful substances such as detergents. The closure prevents accidental opening of the bottle, especially by children. The closure is uniquely shaped, aesthetically pleasing, and has carefully proportioned designs that enhance the design. The essence of this industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface finish. The bottle closure will be manufactured using the current state of the art, using an injection molding method, from opaque, flexible plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing showing the closure in half-section and in half-view in an exploded state (division into three elements). The essential features of this industrial design are: that the outer part of the bottle closure is a cap 1 in the general shape of a truncated cone with a low rim base, wherein inside the cap 1 there are obliquely cut hooks 4 corresponding to the external projections 5 of the internally threaded cap 2, while inside this cap 2 there is a place for a stopper 2 with a steplessly variable external diameter of the mouthpiece 9, wherein the stopper 2 has circumferential sealing projections 8. The tightness of the closure is ensured by the guiding skirt 6 and the sealing edge 7 on the stopper 3. After opening the bottle closure, Cut off the upper part of the mouthpiece 9 at one of the diameters, depending on the density of the liquid in the bottle.
