Abstract
The invention provides a side-flow-preventing container sealing structure which comprises a hollow inner plug with an axial through hole and a cover body. The lower section of the hollow inner plug can be plugged into the mouth of the container, and the through hole of the hollow inner plug becomes a reduced liquid outlet of the inner sleeve of the container. The periphery of the upper section of the hollow inner plug is connected with a cover body which plays a role of sealing. The cover body consists of a decorative outer cover with a central through hole, a decorative fixed cover embedded into the through hole of the decorative outer cover and an inner cover in the decorative fixed cover. The inner peripheral surface of the decorative fixing cover is matched with the outer peripheral surface of the upper section of the inner plug, an annular groove is formed between the decorative fixing cover and the inner cover, and the upper end of the inner plug is inserted into the annular groove after the cover body and the inner plug are closed. The invention forms a reduced liquid outlet through the hollow inner plug to overcome the situation that liquid flows down along the outer side wall of the container when pouring.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of container mouth sealing products, in particular to a container cover which can prevent liquid from flowing down along the outer wall of a container when the liquid in the container is poured outwards.
Background
When pouring the liquid out of the container, a phenomenon often occurs in which a portion of the liquid flows down the outer wall of the container from the container. This phenomenon is due to the wetting of the solid by the liquid, which adsorbs to the surface of the solid. This is even more evident when using a wide mouth container, since the flow rate of the liquid is slow and the outward impulse is small enough to overcome the absorption of the liquid on the container wall when the wide mouth container is poured. For example, when wine is poured into a wine glass in a large-opening jar, a part of the wine often flows to the outside of the wine glass along the outer wall of the wine jar. To overcome this phenomenon, the present invention provides a side-flow preventing container cap.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a lateral flow preventing container sealing structure, which comprises a hollow inner plug with an axial through hole and a cover body. The lower section of the hollow inner plug can be plugged into the mouth of the container, and the through hole of the hollow inner plug becomes a reduced liquid outlet of the inner sleeve of the container. The periphery of the upper section of the hollow inner plug is connected with a cover body which plays a role of sealing. The cover body consists of a decorative outer cover with a central through hole, a decorative fixed cover embedded into the through hole of the decorative outer cover and an inner cover in the decorative fixed cover. The inner peripheral surface of the decorative fixing cover is matched with the outer peripheral surface of the upper section of the inner plug, an annular groove is formed between the decorative fixing cover and the inner cover, and the upper end of the inner plug is inserted into the annular groove after the cover body and the inner plug are closed.

the upper part of the decorative fixed cover is provided with a step bulge which is matched with the through hole of the decorative outer cover to play a role in fixing.

The decorative outer cover and the decorative fixed cover can be designed into any appearance, so that the decorative outer cover has a decorative effect and is convenient for various customized products.
The invention forms a reduced liquid outlet through the hollow inner plug to overcome the situation that liquid flows down along the outer side wall of the container when pouring. The side flow situation can be further overcome by designing the liquid outlet lip in an everted trumpet shape, i.e. increasing the downward angle of the lip during pouring.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the anti-lateral flow container closure of the present invention comprises a cap body 1, a hollow inner plug 2 having an axial through hole.
The cover body consists of a decorative outer cover 11 with a central through hole, a decorative fixed cover 12 embedded in the through hole of the decorative outer cover 11 and an inner cover 13 in the decorative fixed cover 12. The upper part of the decorative fixed cover 12 is provided with a step protrusion which is matched with the through hole of the decorative outer cover to play a role of fixing. A circular boss is arranged inside the decorative fixing cover 12, the inner cover 13 is injection molded in the decorative fixing cover 12, and the circular boss is wrapped in the inner cover, so that the inner cover 13 and the decorative fixing cover 12 are combined into a whole.
The hollow inner plug 2 is provided with a threaded connecting piece 21, and the hollow inner plug 2 and the threaded connecting piece 21 are integrally formed in an injection molding mode. The periphery of the upper section of the threaded connecting piece 21 is exposed and is provided with an external thread; the threaded connector 21 extends down to the lower section of the hollow plug and provides support for the hollow plug 2 to assist in the tight fit of the hollow plug with the mouth of the container.
The lower section of the hollow inner plug 2 can be plugged into a container opening 4, and the through hole of the hollow inner plug becomes a reduced liquid outlet of the container inner sleeve.
The inner peripheral surface of the decorative fixed cover 12 is provided with internal threads 14 matched with the external threads of the inner plug 2, an annular groove is formed between the decorative fixed cover 11 and the inner cover 13, and the upper end of the inner plug is inserted into the annular groove after the cover body 1 and the inner plug 2 are closed. The circumferential side surface and the upper end surface of the inner cover 13 are matched and sealed with the inner hole side surface and the upper end surface of the hollow inner plug 1, and the sealing effect is achieved.
The periphery of the middle part of the hollow inner plug 2 extends outwards to form a gasket 23 between the cover body and the container mouth. The upper end opening lip 22 of the hollow inner plug 2 is in an outward turning bell mouth shape, and the side flow of liquid is further prevented.
The outer edge of the lower end of the decorative outer cover 21 and the outer edge of the container opening 4 are provided with a locking buckle 3 to prevent the components from being pulled out.
Example 2
As shown in FIG. 5, in another structure of the cover body, a plurality of circular protruding ribs are arranged on the periphery of a circular boss inside the decorative fixing cover 12, and are matched with a cavity groove (circle mark position in the figure) of the inner cover 13, so that the inner cover and the decorative fixing cover are combined into a whole. Example 3
As shown in fig. 6, it is another hollow inner plug which does not have a screw connector, but has an external screw thread 21' molded at a corresponding position to be engaged with the internal screw thread of the decoration-fixing cap. The rest of the procedure was the same as in example 1.
In fact, the cap 1 and the solid inner plug may be directly connected by means of a plug-in connection without a screw connection.
Referring to fig. 7, the decorative outer cap and the decorative fixing cap of the present invention may be designed to have any appearance, so that they have a decorative effect, facilitating various customized products.

2. A side-flow preventing container closure structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper part of the decorative fixed cover is provided with a step bulge which is matched with the through hole of the decorative outer cover.

A side-flow preventing container closure structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the decoration fixing cover is internally provided with a circular boss, the inner cover is injection molded in the decoration fixing cover, and the circular boss is wrapped in the inner cover so that the inner cover and the decoration fixing cover are combined into a whole.
