Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy acyloglicerolu zawierającego identyczne reszty kwasu tłuszczowego w pozycjach sn-1 i sn-2 oraz przyłączoną poprzez linker bursztynowy resztę stigmasterolu w pozycji sn-3, o wzorze 1. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób otrzymywania acyloglicerolu zawierającego identyczne reszty kwasu tłuszczowego w pozycjach sn-1 i sn-2 oraz przyłączoną poprzez linker bursztynowy resztę stigmasterolu w pozycji sn-3, który to sposób polega na tym, że z komercyjnie dostępnego lub otrzymanego znanymi metodami literaturowymi (S)-solketalu w sekwencjach trzech następujących kolejno reakcji: estryfikacji hemibursztynianem stigmasterylu, hydrolizie pierścienia acetalowego i estryfikacji uwolnionych grup hydroksylowych kwasem tłuszczowym otrzymuje się acyloglicerol o wzorze 1, który oczyszcza się metodami chromatograficznymi. Acyloglicerole według zgłoszenia mogą znaleźć zastosowanie w produkcji preparatów fitosteroli przeznaczonych do zastosowania w przemyśle żywnościowym, jako dodatki funkcjonalne lub nutraceutyki.
