Abstract
Urządzenie do kształtowania elementów konstrukcyjnych nośnych na bazie materiałów kompozytowych, zawierające podstawę, konstrukcję nośną oraz zespół kształtujący profil z warstwowej wstęgi materiału kompozytowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół kształtujący profil zawiera ustnik (5) wstępnie formujący warstwową wstęgę materiału kompozytowego według zaprojektowanego kształtu elementu konstrukcyjnego, a następnie zawiera co sekcje kształtujące (3) współpracujące ze sobą, usytuowane szeregowo wzdłuż podstawy (1) i połączone ze sobą konstrukcją nośną (2), przy czym każda z sekcji kształtujących (3) zawiera jeden przesuwny zespół prasująco-ciągnący (6) poruszający się wzdłużnie w obie strony w obrębie odpowiadającej mu sekcji kształtującej (3), zaś każdy zespół prasująco-ciągnący (6) zawiera urządzenie prasujące (7) w postaci matrycy (9) i ruchomego stempla (10), które to elementy osadzone są na pionowych trzpieniach prowadzących (11) oraz zawiera wzdłużnie usytuowane siłowniki ciągnące (8) z nieruchomymi tłokami (8.1) oraz przesuwnymi w obie strony cylindrami (8.2), przy czym urządzenie prasujące (7) połączone jest z siłownikami ciągnącymi (8) poprzez górne końcówki trzpieni prowadzących (11), które przymocowane są parami do ruchomych cylindrów (8.2) siłowników ciągnących (8).A device for shaping load-bearing structural elements based on composite materials, including a base, a supporting structure and a profile shaping unit made of a layered ribbon of composite material, characterized by the fact that the profile shaping unit includes a mouthpiece (5) that pre-forms the layered ribbon of composite material according to the designed shape of the structural element , and then contains each shaping sections (3) cooperating with each other, located in series along the base (1) and connected to each other by a supporting structure (2), each of the shaping sections (3) containing one sliding pressing-pulling unit (6) moving longitudinally in both directions within the corresponding shaping section (3), and each pressing-pulling unit (6) contains a pressing device (7) in the form of a die (9) and a movable punch (10), which elements are mounted on vertical guide pins (11) and contains longitudinally located pulling cylinders (8) with stationary pistons (8.1) and cylinders (8.2) slidable in both directions, with the pressing device (7) connected to the pulling cylinders (8) through the upper ends of the pins guides (11), which are attached in pairs to the movable cylinders (8.2) of the pulling cylinders (8).
