Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kocioł wodny opalany biomasą o zwiększonej wydajności cieplnej. Kocioł wodny opalany biomasą, jest utworzony z komory spalania słomy oraz komory spalania gazu usytuowanych obok siebie i otoczonych płaszczem wodnym. Obie komory są oddzielone od siebie przegrodą, która ma u dołu otwór a nad komorami usytuowany jest wymiennik ciepła. Wewnątrz płaszcza wodnego, w jego dolnej części, usytuowany jest perlator. Natomiast komora spalania gazu jest zaopatrzona w rząd przewodów doprowadzających powietrze a osadzonych w tylnej ściance kotła oraz w przeciwsobne przewody doprowadzające powietrze i osadzone w bocznych ściankach kotła. Kocioł charakteryzuje się tym, że przegroda (4) oddzielająca komory ma w dolnej części przymocowaną płytę (17) z żaroodpornego materiału.The subject of the invention is a biomass-fired water boiler with increased thermal efficiency. The biomass-fired water boiler consists of a straw combustion chamber and a gas combustion chamber located next to each other and surrounded by a water jacket. Both chambers are separated by a partition with an opening at the bottom, and a heat exchanger is located above the chambers. Inside the water jacket, in its lower part, there is an aerator. The gas combustion chamber, on the other hand, is provided with a row of air supply ducts embedded in the rear wall of the boiler and with opposing air supply ducts embedded in the side walls of the boiler. The boiler is characterized in that the partition (4) separating the chambers has a plate (17) made of heat-resistant material fixed in its lower part.
