Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mobilne kąpielisko o stałej konstrukcji oddzielające fragment wód powierzchniowych od toni jeziora lub cieku, wykorzystywane przez dużą liczbę osób kąpiących się, składające się z pomostów stałych i kurtyn. Ten typ konstrukcji stosuje się w miejscach w których funkcjonują kąpieliska bądź miejsca okazjonalnie wykorzystywane do kąpieli, np. w sytuacjach nagłego wystąpienia zanieczyszczeń w okresie kąpielowym, jak i w zbiornikach nieposiadających wyznaczonych miejsc kąpielowych. Umożliwia ponadto zastosowanie sposobu oczyszczania wody w kąpielisku. Mobilne kąpielisko o stałej konstrukcji charakteryzuje się tym, że do pomostu (2) z podstawą (2') zamocowana jest segmentowa kurtyna (3) do oddzielania kąpieliska (1) od toni jeziora lub cieku (4), gdzie kurtyna (3) połączona jest w znany sposób z konstrukcją nośną pomostu (2), przy czym kurtyna (3) składa się segmentów w ilości dobieranej do długości całkowitej pomostu (2) oraz jego wysokości, natomiast segmenty kurtyny (3), połączone są ze sobą w znany sposób: korzystnie sznurowo przez okucia; albo za pomocą rzepu, zaś kurtyna (3) wykonana jest korzystnie z powlekanej tkaniny z tworzyw syntetycznych albo stali, albo gumy.The subject of the application is a mobile swimming pool with a permanent structure separating a fragment of surface water from the depths of a lake or watercourse, used by a large number of bathers, consisting of permanent platforms and curtains. This type of construction is used in places with bathing areas or places occasionally used for bathing, e.g. in situations of sudden contamination during the bathing season, as well as in reservoirs without designated bathing places. It also enables the use of a bathing water treatment method. The mobile swimming pool with a fixed structure is characterized by the fact that a segment curtain (3) is attached to the platform (2) with the base (2') to separate the bathing pool (1) from the depths of the lake or watercourse (4), where the curtain (3) is connected in a known way with the supporting structure of the platform (2), the curtain (3) consists of segments in the number selected to the total length of the platform (2) and its height, while the segments of the curtain (3) are connected to each other in a known way: preferably corded through fittings; or by Velcro, and the curtain (3) is preferably made of a coated fabric of synthetic materials or steel or rubber.
