Abstract

A collection of bathtub safety stickers comprised from two proto typical designs of various sizes, shapes, colors, transparencies, and character designs; designed to prevent the safety hazards of slipping and/or falling in the bathroom, shower, bathtub, the pool, deck and Jacuzzi areas of homes, boats and recreational facilities and other health institutions the world over. The bathtub safety stickers have peelable backings. A continuous layer of adhesive directly above the peelable backings that forms a tight seal on bathroom floor, shower, bathtub, the pool deck, Jacuzzi and wet areas of homes, boats and recreational facilities and other health institutions the world over. A flexible, textured and or gelatinous top layer directly above the adhesive. Each safety sticker is fashioned into the images of the Ebony Deities Characters herein listed below.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention is in the field of Baths; swimming pools and indoor water sports water Bath insulation} A47K 3/002 . . . {Non-slip mats for baths} or the like therefor (for curative purposes A61H, A61M, e.g., bathing devices for special therapeutic or hygienic purposes A47K 3/001 {Accessories for baths, not provided for in other subgroups of group A47K 3/002 Protecting linings or coverings; Bath insulation} A47K 3/002 . . . {non-slip mats for baths}
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention is comprised of (2) two prototypical new and useful improvements gelatinous spongy foot protection. The invention is an assorted, growing collection of bathtub safety stickers of various sizes, shapes, colors, transparencies, and character designs; designed to prevent the safety hazards of slipping and/or falling in the bathroom, shower, bathtub, the pool deck and Jacuzzi areas of homes, boats and recreational facilities and other health, institutions the world over. These variances can be seen and noted in the following “Detailed Descriptions of the Ebony Deities Safety Stickers Invention (drawings) and various applications.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SAFETY STICKERS INVENTION
  • The present invention is a growing collection assortment of therapeutic bathtub safety stickers of various sizes, shapes, colors, transparencies, and character designs. This invention provides new and useful improvements, serving three (3) separate therapeutic purposes; (1) protection against slipping and falling, (2) the therapeutic effect of the gelatinous spongy layer's protection and comfort of use afforded the invention's diabetic, neuropathic, and arthritic users and (3) the colorful decorative visual effects that will spark the users' imagination.

The ebony deities bathtub safety stickers sizes shall start and end as follows (2.2″×1-8″) (5.1″×2.4″) (4.6″×2.8″) (2.4″×1.0″) (2.1″×1.6″) (4.7″×2″) (5.2″×4.5″) and (6″-12″) safety sticker and shall progress in sizes that shall cover the bathtub basin like a mural at 2′11″ in length×1′ 5″ in width. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. Located on drawing page 4. depict two cross sectional views of the new and useful improvements in this invention serving three (3) separate therapeutic purposes these differences are easily noted in the two (2) crosscut layered views showing the component layers of the safety stickers. Claims (4)

I claim:
1. The invention is in the field of Baths; swimming pools and indoor water sports water Bath insulation} A47K 3/002 . . . {Non-slip mats for baths} or the like thereof (for curative purposes A61H, A61M, e.g., bathing devices for special therapeutic or hygienic purposes A47K 3/001 {Accessories for baths, not provided for in other subgroups of group A47K 3/002 Protecting linings or coverings; Bath insulation} A47K 3/002 . . . {non-slip mats for baths}
2. The present invention is an original growing collection of various bathtub safety stickers characters from inventor's 2003 copyrighted novel (THE EBONY DEITIES) infused with a gelatinous spongy substance to cushion the sensitive and highly tender feet of diabetic, neuropathy and arthritic users from the hard surfaces found in the bathroom, shower, bathtub, the pool deck and Jacuzzi areas of homes, boats, recreational facilities and other health institutions the world over.
3. The individual Latex free safety stickers are packaged with removable backing in sizes from (2.2″×⅛″) (5.1″×2.4″) (4.6″×2.8″) (2.4″×1.″) (2.1″×1.6″) (4.7″×2″) (5.2″×4.5″) (6″×12″) standalone safety sticker figures and shall progress in sizes able to cover the bathtub basin like a mural at 2′11″ in length×1′ 5″ in width.
4. The present invention is a growing collection of bathtub safety stickers of various shapes, colors, transparencies, and character designs shall be manufactured without the gelatinous layer for users whose needs may only need or prefer thinner version.
