Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest syntetyczny regulator ekspresji genu roślinnego związanego z fenotypową cechą męskiej sterylności zawierający białko posiadające białkową domenę wiążącą się z DNA genu roślinnego związanego z fenotypową cechą męskiej sterylności oraz połączoną z nią białkową domenę aktywatora lub represora procesu transkrypcji tego genu, przy czym białkowa domena wiążącą się z DNA tworzy kompleks z cząsteczką RNA posiadającą sekwencję komplementarną do elementu kontrolującego ekspresję genu sterylności. Ponadto, przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także kaseta ekspresyjna kodująca regulator ekspresji, wektor ekspresyjny zawierający kasetę oraz sposób otrzymywania męsko-sterylnych roślin.
