Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest napędowy zespół wyzwalający, będący częścią rotacyjnego bloku zaworowego i rotacyjny blok zaworowy. Napędowy zespół wyzwalający (6), będący częścią rotacyjnego bloku zaworowego, w którym to napędowym zespole wyzwalającym (6) znajdują się kolejno silnik napędowy (5) wraz z wałkiem napędowym (5a) silnika napędowego (5), na którym to wałku napędowym (5a) osadzony jest pierwszy wirnik (4) posiadający co najmniej jeden trzpieniowy element mocujący (4a), na którym to trzpieniowym elemencie mocującym (4a) osadzony jest jeden lub więcej palec aktywujący (3) charakteryzujący się tym, że pierwszy wirnik (4) posiada co najmniej jeden prętowy zabierak (4b), przez który to prętowy zabierak (4b) napędzany jest wirnik drugi (2), przy czym dalej wzdłuż osi (O) znajduje się drugi wirnik (2) z co najmniej jednym kątowym wybraniem (2b) i jest on osadzony na łożysku jednokierunkowym (1), jednocześnie na drugim wirniku (2) znajduje się co najmniej jeden trzpieniowy element mocujący (2a), połączony ruchowo z palcami aktywującymi (3) poprzez wzdłużne przelotowe wybranie tworzące prowadnicę (3a) w palcu aktywującym (3).
