Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu hodowli immortalizowanych linii ludzkich mezenchymalnych komórek macierzystych (MSC), otrzymanych metodą podwójnej transfekcji plazmidami prowadzony w standardowych i modyfikowanych warunkach oraz kompozycji czynników otrzymanych sposobem według wynalazku do zastosowania w leczeniu chorób skóry, w medycynie regeneracyjnej oraz w immunoterapii do leczenia chorób przewlekłych skóry.
