Abstract
Środek mukoadhezyjny do zastosowania do leczenia stanów zapalnych jamy ustnej charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera zasadniczo od jednej do czterech warstw barierowych i warstwę mukoadhezyjną, przy czym każda warstwa barierowa zawiera 15 części wagowych alkoholu poliwinylowego (PVA) i 5 części wagowych glikolu propylenowego i ma grubość od 100 µm do 150 µm, natomiast warstwa mukoadhezyjna ma grubość od 100 µm do 150 µm i zawiera 3 części wagowe pektyny i substancję czynną lub substancje czynne w szczególności 1 część wagową chlorowodorku benzydaminy i 2,5 części wagowe chlorowodorku lidokainy. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania środka mukoadhezyjnego.
