Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest pojemnik do napoju z urządzeniem schładzającym go suchym lodem, który stanowi podzespół pojemnikowy (1) połączony rozłącznie z podzespołem (4) urządzenia schładzającego, przy czym podzespół pojemnikowy (1) składa się z tulejowej osłony z gwintem wewnętrznym i łącznika tulejowego (3) złożonego z dolnej tulejowej części i górnej tulejowej części oddzielonych od siebie walcową przegrodą, przy czym dolna tulejowa część i przegroda walcowa tworzą komorę stanowiącą magazyn na suchy lód, zaś na górnej powierzchni walcowej przegrody znajdują się wypusty i przelotowe otwory, a w jej środkowej części wykonane są przelotowe otwory, pomiędzy którymi w osi symetrii znajduje się odsadzenie walcowe zakończone czaszą kulistą, na którym osadzony jest elastyczny krążek tworzywowy z przelotowym montażowym osiowym otworem oraz z usytuowanymi wokół tego otworu otworami, który umieszczony jest w przelotowym osiowym otworze podstawy dolnej pojemnika tulejowego (6) i połączony jest z tym pojemnikiem nierozłącznie, z kolei podstawa dolna pojemnika tulejowego (6) na swej dolnej powierzchni przy krawędzi zewnętrznej posiada wgłębienia z przelotowymi otworami o profilu dostosowanym do profilu wypustów łącznika tulejowego (3), zaś podzespół (4) urządzenia schładzającego stanowi butla (33) ze sprężonym gazem, zestaw tulejowy złożony z tulei dolnej (48), tulei środkowej (49) z gniazdem pierścieniowym oraz dwustopniowej tulei górnej (51) i zawór.The subject of the invention is a beverage container with a device for cooling it with dry ice, which is a container subassembly (1) detachably connected to a subassembly (4) of the cooling device, the container subassembly (1) consisting of a sleeve cover with an internal thread and a sleeve connector (3 ) composed of the lower sleeve part and the upper sleeve part separated by a cylindrical partition, where the lower sleeve part and the cylindrical partition form a chamber constituting a storage for dry ice, and on the upper surface of the cylindrical partition there are splines and through holes, and in its central part made of there are through holes, between which, in the axis of symmetry, there is a cylindrical offset ended with a spherical cap, on which a flexible plastic disc with a through assembly axial hole and holes located around this hole is placed, which is placed in the through hole of the lower base of the sleeve container (6 ) and is connected inseparably with this container, while the bottom base of the sleeve container (6) on its lower surface at the outer edge has recesses with through holes with a profile adapted to the profile of the splines of the sleeve connector (3), and the subassembly (4) of the cooling device is a cylinder (33) with compressed gas, a sleeve set consisting of a lower sleeve (48), a middle sleeve (49) with a ring seat and a two-stage upper sleeve (51) and a valve.
