Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania środka poprawiającego właściwości gleby z komunalnych osadów ściekowych, w którym do komunalnych osadów ściekowych w ilości 70 - 90% wagowych dodaje się dodatki w postaci mieszanki torfu lub torfu z łuskowiną orzecha oraz włókien celulozowych z hydrożelem w ilości 10 - 30% wagowych, miesza się następnie powstałą masę poddaje procesowi kompostowania przez okres 30 - 60 dni, przy czym dodatek torfu lub torfu z łuskowiną orzecha wynosi do 20% wagowych, zaś włókien celulozowych z hydrożelem do 10% wagowych, w tym dodatek hydrożelu wynosi od 0,5 do 2% wagowych, a ponadto włókna celulozowe stanowi przetworzona celuloza drzewna, korzystnie z drzew liściastych, o zawartości wody poniżej 10% i w postaci nitek o długości poniżej 1 cm lub pyłu, a ponadto udział torfu w mieszance z łuskowiną orzecha wynosi minimum 90%, a zawartość wody w torfie wynosi poniżej 30%. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również środek poprawiający właściwości gleby, zawierający komunalne osady ściekowe oraz mieszankę torfu lub torfu z łuskowiną orzecha i włókien celulozowych z hydrożelem.The subject of the application is a method of producing a soil improving agent from municipal sewage sludge, in which additives are added to municipal sewage sludge in the amount of 70 - 90% by weight in the form of a mixture of peat or peat with nut shell and cellulose fibers with hydrogel in the amount of 10 - 30% weight, then the resulting mass is mixed and subjected to the composting process for a period of 30 - 60 days, with the addition of peat or peat with walnut shells up to 20% by weight, and cellulose fibers with hydrogel up to 10% by weight, including the addition of hydrogel from 0, 5 to 2% by weight, and in addition, the cellulose fibers are processed wood cellulose, preferably from deciduous trees, with a water content of less than 10% and in the form of threads less than 1 cm long or dust, and moreover, the proportion of peat in the mixture with nut shells is at least 90% , and the water content in peat is below 30%. The subject of the application is also a soil conditioner containing municipal sewage sludge and a mixture of peat or peat with walnut shells and cellulose fibers with hydrogel.
