Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania lekkiego kruszywa ultrakompozytowego z tworzyw sztucznych i ubocznych produktów spalania, który charakteryzuje się tym, że odpady przemysłowe z recyklingu z termoplastycznych tworzyw sztucznych PET albo HDPE albo PE albo LDPE albo PP w postaci płatków o wielkości do 30 mm w ilości od 10% do 50% i uboczne produkty spalania w postaci pyłów, piasków lub żużli o wymiarach do 2 mm w ilości od 10% do 50% poddaje się procesowi homogenizacji ciągle mieszając, w czasie od 3 do 15 min korzystnie 5 min, jednocześnie poddając homogenizacji termicznej w temperaturze od 200 do 350°C aż do uzyskania granulek, przy obrotach od 30 do 60 obr./min, a następnie przesiewa i jednocześnie chłodzi aż do poniżej temperatury mięknienia zastosowanego polimeru, i tak przesiane granule o frakcji powyżej 2 mm magazynuje się znanymi metodami a granule o frakcji poniżej 2 mm zawraca się do ponownej homogenizacji.
