Urządzenie do rezystancyjno-ultradźwiękowego zgrzewania punktowego kompozytów metal-polimer-metal z blachą zbudowane ze zgrzewarki rezystancyjnej punktowej mającej jedną elektrodę do zgrzewana rezystancyjnego ruchomą a drugą elektrodę stałą, charakteryzuje się tym, że elektrodę stałą do zgrzewania rezystancyjnego stanowi sonotroda (3a) poprzez falowód (3b) połączona z przetwornikiem ultradźwiękowym (3c), który elektrycznie połączony jest z ultradźwiękowym generatorem mocy.A method of resistance-ultrasonic spot welding of metal-polymer-metal composites with a sheet, in which the metal-polymer-metal composite and the sheet are placed between the upper and lower electrodes for resistance welding, the polymer core of the metal-polymer-metal composite thus placed is plasticized and as a result of squeezing the metal-polymer-metal composite with resistance welding electrodes, it is removed from the place where it was plasticized, then the metal-polymer-metal composite and the metal sheet of the resistance welding electrodes are supplied with welding current and between the external ones pressed together pointwise, metal layers of the metal-polymer-metal composite and the metal sheet, a weld is formed, characterized by the fact that the plasticization of the polymer core of the metal-polymer-metal composite is carried out with ultrasonic waves, which are supplied to the metal-polymer-metal composite by one of the electrodes for resistance welding, which in the heat process of the polymer core is a sonotrode (3a), which is connected through a waveguide (3b) to an ultrasonic transducer (3c), while the second of the electrodes for resistance welding in the process of plasticizing and point removal of the plasticized polymer core is used as a pressure. A device for resistance-ultrasonic spot welding of metal-polymer-metal composites with sheet metal, made of a resistance spot welder with one movable electrode for resistance welding and the other with a fixed electrode, characterized in that the fixed electrode for resistance welding is a sonotrode (3a) through a waveguide ( 3b) connected to an ultrasonic transducer (3c) which is electrically connected to the ultrasonic power generator.
