Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest roztwór który powłokotwórczy, który zawiera chitozan w ilości 1,8% do 2,0% wagowo masy od 1,9% do 2,1% kwasu octowego, służącego do rozpuszczenia chitozanu, mieszany przez ok. 3 godziny w temperaturze od 70°C do 90°C, w ilości od 41,5% do 55% całkowitej masy roztworu powłokotwórczego, furcellaran rozpuszczony w wodzie destylowanej w ilości od 0,2% do 1,0% wagowo użytej wody destylowanej i pozostawiony do spęcznienia przez 0,9 - 1,1 godziny i następnie rozpuszczony w trakcie mieszania w temperaturze od 180°C do 220°C do czasu uzyskania jednorodnego, klarownego roztworu foliotwórczego furcellaranu i doprowadzony w kolejnym kroku do odczynu pH przygotowanego roztworu w granicach od pH 3 do pH 4, przy pomocy wkraplania 10% kwasu solnego w ilości potrzebnej do uzyskania odczynu pH roztworu o wartości od pH 3 do pH 4, w ilości od 41,5% do 55% całkowitej masy roztworu powłokotwórczego, przy czym roztwór chitozanu jest mieszany z podgrzanym roztworem furcellaranu przez wkraplanie roztworu furcellaranu do roztworu chitozanu i z glicerolem w ilości od 0,5% do 1,5% całkowitej masy roztworu powłokotwórczego, dodanym do roztworu zawierającego roztwór furcelellaranu i roztwór chitozanu podczas jego mieszania, oraz mieszaniną bioaktywnego peptydu i wody destylowanej w stosunku od 0,0005:1 do 0,001: l, w ilości od 1,0% do 2,0% całkowitej masy roztworu powłokotwórczego, dodaną na końcu przygotowywania roztworu powłokotwórczego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również aktywna powłoka biopolimerowa do przedłużania trwałości żywności oraz sposób otrzymywania roztworu powłokotwórczego służącego do wytwarzania aktywnej powłoki biopolimerowej.The subject of the application is a film-forming solution containing chitosan in the amount of 1.8% to 2.0% by weight of 1.9% to 2.1% acetic acid, used to dissolve chitosan, stirred for about 3 hours at a temperature of 70°C to 90°C, in an amount of 41.5% to 55% of the total weight of the film-forming solution, furcellaran dissolved in distilled water in an amount of 0.2% to 1.0% by weight of distilled water used and allowed to swell for 0 .9 - 1.1 hours and then dissolved with stirring at a temperature of 180°C to 220°C until a homogeneous, clear foil-forming solution of furcellaran is obtained and adjusted in the next step to the pH of the prepared solution within the range of pH 3 to pH 4 , by adding 10% hydrochloric acid in the amount needed to obtain the pH of the solution from pH 3 to pH 4, in the amount from 41.5% to 55% of the total weight of the film-forming solution, with the chitosan solution being mixed with the heated furcellaran solution pr by dropping the furcellaran solution into the chitosan solution and with glycerol in the amount of 0.5% to 1.5% of the total weight of the film-forming solution, added to the solution containing the furcelellaran solution and the chitosan solution during its mixing, and with a mixture of bioactive peptide and distilled water in a ratio of 0 .0005:1 to 0.001:1, in an amount of 1.0% to 2.0% of the total weight of the coating solution, added at the end of the preparation of the coating solution. The subject of the application is also an active biopolymer coating for extending the shelf life of food and a method of obtaining a coating solution used to produce an active biopolymer coating.
