Abstract
Mechatroniczna skrzynka na listy zawiera prostopadłościenny korpus (1) z zamocowaną, w jego górnej części pokrywą górną (2) łączącą się z korpusem (1) poprzez zawiasy górne oraz z pokrywą dolną (3) w przedniej części korpusu (1) łączącą się z tym korpusem (1), w jego dolnej części, poprzez zawiasy dolne. W przedniej części pokrywy dolnej (3) umieszczony jest wyświetlacz (4) oraz otwór (5) dla czytnika kodów QR. W tylnej części pokrywy dolnej (3), od strony wewnętrznej korpusu (1), umieszczony jest elektrozamek. Na tylnej części pokrywy dolnej (3) umieszczony jest moduł elektroniki, do którego podłączony jest wyświetlacz (4) oraz który zawiera gniazdo zasilania oraz płytkę obwodu drukowanego na której, w oddaleniu od gniazda zasilania modułu elektroniki, osadzony jest stabilizator. Ponadto na tej płytce obwodu drukowanego zamocowany jest czytnik kodów QR w pobliżu otworu (5) dla czytnika kodów QR w pokrywie dolnej (3), czytnik RFID oraz moduł Wi-Fi. Na tej płytce obwodu drukowanego (9) zamocowany jest układ co najmniej dwóch akumulatorów, w pobliżu których osadzony jest moduł ładowarki. Ponadto na płytce obwodu drukowanego zamontowane są dwie przetwornice step-up oraz przekaźnik, zaś po stronie przeciwnej tej płytki obwodu drukowanego zamocowany jest co najmniej jeden czujnik odległości.The mechatronic letterbox comprises a rectangular body (1) with a top cover (2) attached in its upper part connecting to the body (1) through upper hinges and with a bottom cover (3) in the front part of the body (1) connecting to it body (1), in its lower part, through the lower hinges. In the front part of the bottom cover (3) there is a display (4) and a hole (5) for a QR code reader. An electric lock is located in the rear part of the bottom cover (3), on the inside of the body (1). On the rear part of the bottom cover (3) there is an electronic module to which the display (4) is connected and which includes a power socket and a printed circuit board on which, away from the power socket of the electronics module, a stabilizer is mounted. In addition, this printed circuit board has a QR code reader near the opening (5) for the QR code reader in the bottom cover (3), an RFID reader and a Wi-Fi module. A system of at least two batteries is mounted on this printed circuit board (9), near which the charger module is mounted. Moreover, two step-up converters and a relay are mounted on the printed circuit board, and at least one distance sensor is mounted on the opposite side of the printed circuit board.
