Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest fotel pasażera, zwłaszcza pojazdu komunikacji zbiorowej, w postaci oparcia i siedziska, zarówno pokrytych wykładziną tapicerowaną, jak i bez wykładziny, mający zastosowanie szczególnie do montowania w pojazdach komunikacji miejskiej, pojazdach o dużej ilości przewożonych pasażerów, a także w pojazdach, gdzie fotele narażone są na uszkodzenie poprzez niewłaściwą eksploatację. It is characterized by the fact that in the lower area of the backrest (1) and the rear area of the seat (2) an insert (4) is mounted on the frame, the length of which is equal to the width of the seat (2) and the backrest (1), the outer surface of which forms a shaped, arched connection the surface of the backrest (1) and seat (2), and the upper edge of the insert (4) covers the lower end of the surface (3) of the backrest in contact, and the lower edge of the insert (4) covers the rear ends of the surface (3) of the seat (2).
