Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest przepływowy oczyszczacz powietrza. Wynalazek ma zastosowanie przy oczyszczaniu powietrza miejskiego z zanieczyszczeń organicznych i nieorganicznych. Realizowany może być jako urządzenie stacjonarne albo jako urządzenie montowane na pojazdach, w obu przypadkach trwale albo rozłącznie, w szczególności na pojazdach komunikacji miejskiej bądź międzymiastowej. Przepływowy oczyszczacz powietrza, posiadający obudowę (1), ma poprowadzony w tej obudowie (1) kanał powietrzny (2) o zmiennym kierunku prowadzenia powietrza oraz ma układ filtracyjny (3) do oczyszczania gazów i do wychwytywania i korzystnie gromadzenia cząstek stałych oraz pyłów. Kanał powietrzny (2) posiada co najmniej jeden otwór wlotowy (4) powietrza z osłoną zewnętrzną (5) oraz bramowym ogranicznikiem (6) strumienia wlotowego i co najmniej jeden otwór wylotowy (7) powietrza z osłoną zewnętrzną (5), natomiast układ filtracyjny (3) wyposażony jest w filtr cząstek stałych (8) i filtr pyłów (9), co najmniej po jednym, oba typy o wysokiej skuteczności filtracji, oraz za nimi w kanale powietrznym (2) filtr fotokatalityczny (10) z lampą UV (11), jako anty-drobnoustrojowy oczyszczacz gazów (12). W kanale powietrznym (2) na drodze prowadzenia powietrza znajduje się wentylator (13), a także co najmniej jedna komora (14). Filtr cząstek stałych (8) jest dalece odseparowany od filtra pyłów (9), gdyż stanowiąc komorę odpadu (14'), zlokalizowany jest w zaślepionej odnodze kanału powietrznego (2), zaś kanał powietrzny (2) ma co najmniej jedno przewężenie (15) znajdujące się na zakrzywieniu (16) kanału powietrznego (2), przy czym komora odpadu (14') znajduje się za przewężeniem (15), po przeciwnej stronie wewnętrznego łuku (16') zakrzywienia (16) kanału powietrznego (2), oraz jest od niego oddzielona ażurową przesłoną (17), korzystnie o regulowanym prześwicie. Dopiero na końcu kanału powietrznego (2), przed głównym otworem wylotowym (7') kanału powietrznego (2), znajduje się filtr pyłów (9), z czego komorę odpadu (14') stosuje się dla gromadzenia cząstek stałych w postaci drobin o ziarnistości od PM10 do PM1. Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu oczyszczania gazów z wykorzystaniem innowacyjnego przepływowego oczyszczacz powietrza oraz jego zastosowania do oczyszczania gazów.The subject of the invention is a flow-through air purifier. The invention is applicable to the purification of urban air from organic and inorganic pollutants. It can be implemented as a stationary device or as a device mounted on vehicles, in both cases permanently or separately, in particular on public or intercity transport vehicles. A flow-through air purifier having a housing (1) has an air passage (2) guided in the housing (1) with an alternating air flow direction and a filter arrangement (3) for cleaning gases and for capturing and preferably collecting solid particles and dust. The air duct (2) has at least one air inlet (4) with an outer cover (5) and a gate restrictor (6) of the inlet flow, and at least one air outlet (7) with an outer cover (5), while the filter system ( 3) is equipped with a particulate filter (8) and a dust filter (9), at least one each, both types with high filtration efficiency, and behind them in the air duct (2) a photocatalytic filter (10) with a UV lamp (11) as an anti-microbial gas purifier (12). There is a fan (13) in the air duct (2) along the air path, as well as at least one chamber (14). The particle filter (8) is far separated from the particle filter (9) because, being a waste chamber (14 '), it is located in the blind leg of the air duct (2), and the air duct (2) has at least one restriction (15) located on the curvature (16) of the air duct (2), the waste chamber (14 ') behind the constriction (15), on the opposite side of the inner curve (16') of the curvature (16) of the air duct (2), and is separated therefrom by an openwork shutter (17), preferably with adjustable clearance. Only at the end of the air duct (2), in front of the main outlet opening (7 ') of the air duct (2), there is a dust filter (9), of which the waste chamber (14') is used to collect solid particles in the form of granular particles from PM10 to PM1. The invention also relates to a method for purifying gases using the inventive flow air purifier and its use for purifying gases.
