Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zbiornik balastowy z tworzywa sztucznego do paneli fotowoltaicznych który charakteryzuje się tym, że ma kształt ostrosłupa korzystnie ściętego z pustą komorą wewnątrz, którego górna podstawa jest ustawiona pod kątem od 1 do 35° do dolnej podstawy o podstawie kwadratu, prostokąta, trapezu lub czworoboku i ma co najmniej jeden otwór napełniający (3) oraz co najmniej jeden nieprzelotowy otwór montażowy na górnej podstawie, a w przekroju pionowym jest w przybliżeniu trójkątem lub czworobokiem korzystnie trapezem.
