Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania formulacji zawierającej aminokwasy do stosowania w preparatach stymulujących wzrost i rozwój roślin, dodatkach paszowych dla kur oraz preparatach wzmacniających strukturę włosa. Sposób wytwarzania formulacji aminokwasów polega na tym, że larwy owadów i owady poddaje się hydrolizie kwasowej i/lub zasadowej, korzystnie w obecności kwasu siarkowego lub/i kwasu fosforowego, w temperaturze od 20 do 50°C. w proporcji larw owadów lub/i owadów do czynnika hydrolizującego w zakresie od 1:1 do 100:1, po czym hydrolizat neutralizuje się do uzyskania pH od 5,0 do 6,0. z użyciem wodorotlenku potasu lub roztworu wodorotlenku potasu. Korzystnie hydrolizie kwasowej lub zasadowej poddaje się larwy owadów i owady wyhodowane na bioodpadach lub/i pożywce z tworzyw sztucznych wybranych z grupy obejmującej PET, PP, PE, PS, PVC HDPE lub/i LDPE. W celu uzyskania formulacji stymulującej wzrost i rozwój roślin kompozycję aminokwasów uzupełnia się o składniki nawozowe, takie jak azot w stężeniu od 1 do 10%, potas w stężeniu od 0,1 do 2%, fosfor w stężeniu od 0,1 do 15% w przeliczeniu na P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> oraz makroskładniki, takie jak Mg, Ca, S, użyte w stężeniu od 0,1 do 2% każdy i mikroelementy, takie jak Cu, Mn, Zn oraz Fe, każdy w stężeniu od 0,01 do 0,2%. W celu uzyskania dodatku paszowego dla kur niosek, kompozycję aminokwasów uzupełnia się o mikroelementy paszowe, takie jak Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe lub/i Se, każdego w stężeniu od 0,01 do 1%. W celu uzyskania preparatu poprawiającego strukturę włosa, kompozycję aminokwasów uzupełnia się o składniki wybrane z grupy obejmującej Cu oraz Zn, każdego w stężeniu od 0,01 do 2%.
