Abstract
Kapsel pala (1) posiada samodzielną pływalność, dużą wyporność i sztywną konstrukcję szkieletu (2) oraz elastyczne poszycie (3) przynajmniej na powierzchni bocznej bryły kapsla, przy czym elastyczne poszycie stanowi szczelny dla powietrza pojemnik, zaopatrzony w zawory pneumatyczne (4). Tworzywo poszycia (3) kapsla (1) może być wykonane z materiału o dużym współczynniku tarcia względem materiału pala wybranego z grupy: guma naturalna, guma syntetyczna, poliuretany. Wewnątrz kapsla (1) umieszczona jest rura odpowietrzająca pal (14) zamknięta zaworem odpowietrzającym pal (15), która łączy przestrzeń wewnątrz pala z otoczeniem. Korzystnie gdy kapsel (1) zawiera wewnątrz obciążenie balastowe (16) służące do pozycjonowania kapsla względem pala oraz wyważenia poziomego kapsla i zapobiegające również niekorzystnemu obrotowi pala.
