Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest sposób wytwarzania betonu wałowanego cementowo-asfaltowego oraz ciąg technologiczny do realizacji tego sposobu. Sposób wytwarzania betonu wałowanego cementowo-asfaltowego polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie za pomocą dozatorów podaje się do mieszalnika cyklicznego odważone kruszywo, w drugim etapie za pomocą systemu podajników ślimakowo-pneumatycznych podaje się do tych samych mieszalników cement w ilości od 318 do 360 kg i wodę w ilości od 129 do 149 l oraz włókna celulozowe w ilości od 1,28 do 1,8 kg i miesza się z kruszywem przez 7 - 25 sekund, w trzecim etapie dodaje się dodatek oleisty będący mieszaniną olejów organicznych w ilości od 0,32 do 1,2 kg i miesza się przez kolejne 5 - 30 sekund, w czwartym etapie z dwóch silosów dodaje się do tych samych mieszalników pyły: bazalt w ilości od 25 do 40 kg i dolomit w ilości od 25 do 40 kg poprzez system podajników ślimakowo-pneumatycznych z systemem wagowym, a całość jest mieszana przez następne 10 - 30 sekund.
