Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest sposób izolowania kwasów nukleinowych drobnoustrojów z próbki kału, obejmujący etapy utrwalania próbki kału poprzez inkubację w roztworze utrwalającym wysalającym białka; dezintegracji mechanicznej tak otrzymanej próbki i lizy termicznej.
