Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób odzysku cynku i manganu bezpośrednio z „czarnej masy” baterii cynkowo-manganowych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że „czarną masę” bateryjną poddaje się ekstrakcji w środowisku wodnym za pomocą rozpuszczalników eutektycznych, będących mieszaniną chlorku choliny i kwasu mlekowego (DES 1) przy stosunku molowym wynoszącym 1: 2 lub chlorku choliny i kwasu malonowego (DES 2) przy stosunku molowym wynoszącym 1: 1, ewentualnie w obecności wodnego roztworu nadtlenku wodoru, i/lub za pomocą kwasów organofosforowych, w tym kwasu bis(2,4,4-trimetylopentylo)fosfinowego (Cyanex 272) i/lub kwasu di-(2-etyloheksylo)fosforowego (D2EHPA), przy czym proces ekstrakcji prowadzi się w temperaturze od 40°C do 50°C, przy pH od 2 do 5 i przy stosunku objętościowym fazy organicznej do fazy wodnej wynoszącym korzystnie od 1: 1 do 2: 1.
