Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest granulat wytwarzany ze zwietrzeliny bentonitowej i bazaltowego proszku kamiennego. Granulat ten jest wytwarzany przy użyciu miksera dynamicznego. Granulat powstaje w wyniku zadania do takiego miksera składników w postaci: a) albo bazaltowego proszku kamiennego i surowej, mokrej zwietrzeliny bentonitowej, b) albo bazaltowego proszku kamiennego i pylistej zwietrzeliny bentonitowej, do których (po ich wymieszaniu) dolewa się wody o temperaturze pokojowej do 20% objętości powstałej mieszaniny. Następnie, poprzez sterowanie szybkością pracy turbiny, obrotami misy i kątem nachylenia miksera dynamicznego, dochodzi do wytworzenia zarodków granulatu. W następnym etapie następuje zmniejszenie obrotów turbiny i tworzenie się granul, które z upływem czasu rosną do odpowiednich wielkości.The subject of the invention is a granulate made of bentonite weathering and basalt rock powder. This granulate is produced using a dynamic mixer. The granulate is created as a result of applying to such a mixer components in the form of: a) either basalt stone powder and raw, wet bentonite weathered, b) or basalt stone powder and dusty bentonite weathered, to which (after mixing them) water at room temperature is added to 20% of the volume of the resulting mixture. Then, by controlling the speed of the turbine, the rotation of the bowl and the angle of inclination of the dynamic mixer, the pellet seeds are formed. In the next step, the turbine speed is reduced and the granules are formed, which grow to the appropriate size over time.
