Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest gazowo-próżniowy elektryczny panel grzewczy z medium ogrzewanym za pomocą termistorowego elementu grzejnego zasilanego z sieci elektrycznej posiadający górny i dolny wymiennik ciepła połączone ze sobą szeregiem pionowych wymienników ciepła, który charakteryzuje się tym, że hermetyczne próżniowe wnętrze połączonych ze sobą wymienników ciepła (1, 2 i 3) wypełnione jest medium w postaci dodekafluoro-2-metylopentan-3-on/perfluoro (etyloizopropyloketon)/Fluoroketon FK-5-1-12 (CF<sub>3</sub>CF<sub>2</sub>C(O)CF(CF<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>).
