Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest modułowe urządzenie do nadmuchu gazów na powierzchnie obrabianych cieplnie wsadów stanowiące element systemu nadmuchu pieców komorowych wsadowych, w których ruch gazów podczas nagrzewania i chłodzenia konwekcyjnego generuje się za pomocą środków mechanicznych, a nadmuch na powierzchnię wsadu prowadzony jest przez dysze zamocowane na powierzchni płyty i odchylone w dwóch kierunkach w stosunku do osi płyty. Dysze (3) ułożone są na powierzchni płyty nośnej (2) równomiernie względem jej osi symetrii (OP) płyty nośnej (2) i tworzą co najmniej dwa regularne szyki. Dysze (3) są odchylone obwodowo od osi symetrii (OP) płyty nośnej (2) o kąt odchylenia obwodowego dysz (β) oraz odśrodkowo o kąt odśrodkowy (γ).The subject of the invention is a modular device for blowing gases on the surfaces of heat-treated charges, being an element of the blowing system of batch chamber furnaces, in which the movement of gases during heating and convection cooling is generated by mechanical means, and the blowing on the surface of the charge is conducted through nozzles fixed on the surface of the plate and tilted in two directions from the axis of the plate. The nozzles (3) are arranged on the surface of the support plate (2) evenly with respect to its axis of symmetry (OP) of the support plate (2) and form at least two regular arrays. The nozzles (3) are deviated circumferentially from the symmetry axis (OP) of the bearing plate (2) by the angle of circumferential deviation of the nozzles (β) and centrifugally by the centrifugal angle (γ).
