Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do utlenowania krwi (oksygenator do oksygenacji krwi), z membraną z organicznego materiału o właściwościach porotwórczych, przeciwzapalnych i przeciwkrzepliwych, stosowane do uzupełniania niedoborów tlenu we krwi niedotlenionej, zwłaszcza w przypadkach zespołu ostrej niewydolności oddechowej. Urządzenie zawiera komorę wymiany gazowej (1) o podłużnym kształcie w postaci walca prostego lub walca eliptycznego, w którego podstawach (2 i 2') wykonane są otwory przelotowe, przy czym z jednej strony komora (1) połączona jest gazoszczelnie ze zbiornikiem wyrównawczym (4) doprowadzającym do komory (1) mieszaninę gazową zawierającą tlen, mającym otwór wlotowy mieszaniny gazowej z instalacji podającej tę mieszaninę, a z drugiej strony komora (1) połączona jest gazoszczelnie ze zbiornikiem odprowadzającym (6) z komory mieszaninę gazową, mającym otwór wylotowy (7) mieszaniny gazowej, a wewnątrz komory (1) umieszczona jest membrana w postaci wiązki kapilar (8) wykonanych z materiału półprzepuszczalnego, to jest przepuszczalnego dla cząsteczek mieszaniny gazowej a nieprzepuszczalnego dla cząstek krwi, których końce z obu stron zakotwione są w otworach przelotowych w podstawach (2, 2') komory (1) kapilary (8) naprężone są siłą naprężającą o wartości od 1 do 100 N, i są równolegle względem osi wzdłużnej komory (1) oraz nawzajem względem siebie, albo w korzystniejszym wariancie ukształtowane są spiralnie, to jest skręcone są wzdłuż osi wzdłużnej komory (1) o jednakowy kąt mieszczący się w zakresie od 15 do 720 stopni, ponadto w ściance bocznej komory (1) w pobliżu każdej podstawy (2, 2') komory, wykonane jest co najmniej po jednym otworze wlotowo/wylotowym strumienia krwi, przy czym kapilary tworzące membranę mają postać rurek o średnicy zewnętrznej od 30 do 600 µm i wykonane są z organicznego materiału o właściwościach porotwórczych, przeciwzapalnych i przeciwkrzepliwych, składającego się z: - bazy w postaci polimeru fluorowego, korzystnie poli(tetrafluoroetylenu) (PTFE, teflon) lub polifluorku winylidenu (PVDF) lub kopolimeru tetrafluoroetylenu i heksafluoropropylenu (FEP), oraz - domieszki heparyny wbudowanej w mikrostrukturę materiału bazowego, w proporcji baza-domieszka od 80 ÷ 1 do 1200 ÷ 1.The subject of the invention is a device for blood oxygenation (oxygenator for blood oxygenation), with a membrane made of organic material with pore-forming, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant properties, used to replenish oxygen deficiency in hypoxic blood, especially in cases of acute respiratory distress syndrome. The device comprises a gas exchange chamber (1) with an oblong shape in the form of a straight cylinder or an elliptical cylinder, the bases (2 and 2 ') of which are provided with through-holes, while on one side the chamber (1) is gas-tight connected to the equalizing tank (4). ) supplying the chamber (1) with an oxygen-containing gas mixture, having an inlet opening of the gas mixture from the installation supplying this mixture, and on the other hand, the chamber (1) is gas-tight connected to the outlet tank (6) from the gas mixture chamber having an outlet (7) gas mixture, and inside the chamber (1) there is a membrane in the form of a bundle of capillaries (8) made of a semi-permeable material, i.e. permeable to gas mixture particles and impermeable to blood particles, the ends of which on both sides are anchored in the through holes in the bases ( 2, 2 ') of the chambers (1), the capillaries (8) are stressed with a tensile force of 1 to 100 N, and are parallel to longitudinal axis of the chamber (1) and to each other, or in a more preferred variant, they are spiral-shaped, i.e. they are twisted along the longitudinal axis of the chamber (1) by the same angle ranging from 15 to 720 degrees, moreover in the side wall of the chamber (1). ) near each base (2, 2 ') of the chamber, at least one blood stream inlet / outlet is provided, the capillaries forming the membrane having the form of tubes with an outside diameter of 30 to 600 µm and made of an organic material with the properties of pore-forming, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulants, consisting of: - a base in the form of a fluoropolymer, preferably poly (tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE, Teflon) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene (FEP), and - an admixture of a microfluoropropylene (FEP) material, base, in the base-admixture ratio from 80 ÷ 1 to 1200 ÷ 1.
