The subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing a multi-functional cardboard display for products. The invention is applicable in the paper industry, but also plays a role in the broadly understood field of retail sales, in particular in supermarket chains. The method of innovative production of a multifunctional cardboard display for products consists in designing the dimensions of a single tray and determining the number of trays per single display, while checking and ensuring the strength of the tray and the platform against breaking or mechanical damage due to overload. The platform is placed under at least one tray placed on it, of which the tray is dedicated to products dedicated to it, which are applied to the tray, and after application, the tray and preferably the platform are preferably closed by surrounding them with a cardboard envelope or dust jacket, preferably cardboard and / or foil, obtaining a comprehensive product dedicated to both a given product and a given supplier of products. When designing, the surface of the bottom of the tray and the height of its side walls are determined, which are folded into a tray from a pattern, and the tray is placed on a cardboard platform, preferably one on top of the other, using the walls of the tray made of a pattern, setting up the display that is the subject of the project. Cutting and creasing lines are made in the pattern, the pattern is folded and glued, and then a given volume of a dedicated product is applied to each tray. Before the project is completed, the total weight of dedicated products applied to a given tray and the total weight of dedicated products applied to a given display are determined, but so that each tray has preferably variable strength for various dedicated applied products, but a constant strength for the same dedicated applied product, and The platform has the strength for the total weight placed on it. At the same time, the strength of the tray is correlated precisely with the load resulting from the dedicated products applied to it, and the strength of the platform integrated with at least one such loaded tray placed on it, and this by first making cardboard from the back of the layers of paper, which determine the fit with oversizing of the breaking strength or mechanical damage of the tray and the platform, respectively, so that for a given surface of the cardboard intended for the bottom of the tray, its breaking strength is at most 25% higher than the weight of the dedicated products causing such a break. The number of layers is chosen as the thickness of the tray dedicated to the products, also taking into account the cross-dependence of the selection of the number of cardboard layers for the target surface of the platform, while the cardboard is produced for the tray or for the tray insert, and preferably, the cardboard for the walls of the tray is produced independently and independently on the platform, and then the cardboard is cut to make a cardboard pattern for the tray.
