Abstract

Przedmiot zgłoszenia rozwiązuje problem ukształtowania obrzeży bocznych pierścieniowo ukształtowanych półek dozowników pozwalających na szeregowe i stabilne ich usytuowanie w prowadnicach do prowadzenia bezawaryjnego dalszego procesu technologicznego jak łączenie dozowników z saszetkami czy napełnianie saszetek płynnymi produktami spożywczymi. Dozownik do saszetek, zwłaszcza do płynnych produktów spożywczych, charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół półki górnej (5) i półki dolnej (4) ma zukosowane równolegle względem siebie styczne obrzeża boczne (7 i 7'), zaś obrzeża boczne dolnej półki (4) są zukosowane niesymetrycznie względem obrzeży górnej półki (5), przy czym długość wszystkich krawędzi górnej półki (5) i dolnej półki (4) jest jednakowa, a ponadto obrzeża boczne (7 i 7') górnej półki (5) mają profilowy wypust oraz wcięcie odpowiednio ukształtowane do tego wypustu.The subject of the application solves the problem of shaping the side edges of ring-shaped shelves of dispensers allowing for their serial and stable positioning in the guides for failure-free further technological process, such as connecting dispensers with sachets or filling sachets with liquid food products.
