Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób łączenia stopów aluminium z grafitem i materiałami kompozytowymi na osnowie grafitu metodą lutowania miękkiego z zastosowaniem metalicznej warstwy pośredniej nanoszonej metodą APS. Powyższe połączenia stosowane są w urządzeniach przewodzących prąd elektryczny, a w szczególności w budowie odbieraków prądu pojazdów szynowych (pantografów), w którym to sposobie materiały, z których jeden stanowi stop aluminium a drugi kompozyt na osnowie grafitu odtłuszcza się i oczyszcza się z tlenków a następnie łączy się spoiwem w postaci lutu, w procesie lutowania miękkiego w temperaturze w zakresie 183 ÷ 200°C charakteryzujący się tym, że przed wytworzeniem trwałego połączenia lutowanego miękkiego materiałów (1, 2) na, uprzednio odtłuszczoną oraz oczyszczoną z tlenków, powierzchnię jednego z materiałów (1) nanosi się metodą natryskiwania cieplnego plazmą atmosferyczną warstwę metaliczną z proszku metalu która po procesie natryskiwania tworzy, naniesioną na tym metalu (1), międzywarstwę metaliczną (3), a na powierzchnię drugiego materiału (2) nanosi się w procesie natryskiwania cieplnego plazmą atmosferyczną warstwę metaliczną z proszku miedzi, stanowiącą warstwę metaliczną (4) drugą, przy czym przed wytworzeniem trwałego połączenia lutowanego obie międzywarstwy pokrywa się topnikiem (5) i poddaje procesowi lutowania z użyciem spoiwa lutowniczego miękkiego (6).The subject of the invention is a method of joining aluminum alloys with graphite and composite materials based on graphite by soft soldering with the use of a metallic intermediate layer applied by the APS method. The above connections are used in electrically conductive devices, in particular in the construction of current collectors of rail vehicles (pantographs), in which materials, one of which is an aluminum alloy and the other composite based on graphite, are degreased and cleaned of oxides, and then combined is binder in the form of solder, in the soft soldering process at a temperature in the range of 183 ÷ 200 ° C, characterized by the fact that before creating a permanent bond of soft soldered materials (1, 2) on a previously degreased and cleaned of oxides surface of one of the materials ( 1) a metallic layer of metal powder is applied by thermal plasma spraying, which after the spraying process forms a metallic interlayer (3) on the metal (1), and on the surface of the second material (2) is applied by thermal plasma spraying with atmospheric plasma a metallic layer made of copper powder, constituting a metallic layer (4) the second one, whereby both interlayers are covered with flux (5) and soldered with soft solder (6) before creating a permanent solder joint.
