Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania materiału termoplastycznego jako filamentu do druku 3D zawierający poli(alkohol winylowy), polikaprolakton oraz chitozan. Sposób polega na tym, że roztwór nasycanego dwutlenkiem węgla chitozanu poddaje się kompatybilizacji do przetwórstwa z surowcami termoplastycznymi poprzez zmieszanie jego z wodnym roztworem hydrolizowanego poli(alkoholu winylowego), o stopniu hydrolizy co najmniej 75%  korzystnie 80%, gdzie udział masowy obu polimerów w odniesieniu do ich bezwodnych form wynosi 1:1. Dalej mieszaninę zamraża się w temperaturze w zakresie od -80°C do -18°C i wysusza sublimacyjne w warunkach ciśnienia w zakresie 0,9 — 6,0 mbar, przy różnicy temperatur pomiędzy kondensatorem liofilizatora a próbą w zakresie od 70°C do 140°C. Wysuszony kompozyt chitozanu i poli(alkoholu winylowego) po rozdrobnieniu miesza się z polikaprolaktonem zaś otrzymany filament poddaje się ekstruzji, korzystnie dwustopniowej.
