Abstract

Moduł rekuperatora do systemów wentylacyjnych charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go zestaw heksagonalnych płytowych wymienników ciepła (1) umieszczonych w heksagonalnej obudowie, która ma prostokątną podstawę (2) i równoległą do niej prostokątną górną ścianę (3) połączone ze sobą dwoma równoległymi bocznymi ścianami (4) w kształcie sześciokątów wypukłych, które połączone są ze sobą dodatkowo dwoma przeciwległymi łącznikami (5) na wysokości ich wolnych wierzchołków. Heksagonalne płytowe wymienniki ciepła (1) ułożone są w obudowie w co najmniej jednej kolumnie w taki sposób, że wszystkie sześciokątne płyty wymienników ciepła (1) są równoległe do podstawy (2) i górnej ściany (3) obudowy, a podłużne odcinki kanałów wymienników ciepła (1) są równolegle do siebie i do bocznych ścian (4) obudowy, natomiast pomiędzy podstawą (2), górną ścianą (3), bocznymi ścianami (4), łącznikami (5) i zewnętrznymi pionowymi krawędziami kolumn wymienników ciepła (1) zamocowane są dodatkowe ścianki (7, 8) formujące naprzemiennie ułożone przestrzenie wlotowe (A) i przestrzenie wylotowe (B), jednakowe po obu stronach modułu, częściowo przesłonięte tak, że każda przestrzeń wlotowa (A) i każda przestrzeń wylotowa (B) obejmuje całą wysokość modułu.
