Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest układ zamocowania zbiornika, zwłaszcza maszyny rolniczej, mającej zastosowanie procesach agrotechnicznych, wykorzystywanej w szczególności podczas wysiewu nawozu. Układ zamocowania zbiornika, charakteryzuje się tym, że zbiornik (1) połączony jest z ramą (2) maszyny roboczej poprzez układ co najmniej dwóch łączników (3a, 3b), które zamocowane są wahliwie do układu profili (4a, 4b), przy czym profil (4a) połączony jest trwale z ramą (2), a profil (4b) połączony jest trwale ze zbiornikiem (1), natomiast co najmniej jeden z łączników (3a, 3b), korzystnie łącznik górny (3a) połączony jest z ramą (2) maszyny roboczej za pomocą siłownika (5), korzystnie siłownika hydraulicznego, który to siłownik (5) jednym końcem zamocowany jest wahliwie do ramy (2) maszyny roboczej natomiast drugim końcem zamocowany jest wahliwie do łącznika (3a), przy czym profil (4a) jest równoległy do profilu (4b), a łącznik górny (3a) i łącznik dolny (3b) są w przybliżeniu równej długości i zamocowane są wahliwie do profili (4a, 4b) tak, że tworzą równoległobok, a punkty obrotu łączników (3a, 3b) w miejscu zamocowania do profilu (4a) leżą w jednej osi, korzystnie prostopadłej do osi wzdłużnej maszyny i podłoża, po którym maszyna się porusza, jak również punkty obrotu łączników (3a, 3b) w miejscu zamocowania do profilu (4b) leżą w jednej osi, korzystnie prostopadłej do osi wzdłużnej maszyny i podłoża, po którym maszyna się porusza.The subject of the invention is a tank mounting system, in particular for an agricultural machine, applicable in agrotechnical processes, used in particular during fertilizer sowing. The tank mounting system is characterized by the fact that the tank (1) is connected to the frame (2) of the working machine by a system of at least two connectors (3a, 3b), which are pivoted to the profile system (4a, 4b), the profile being (4a) is permanently connected to the frame (2), and the profile (4b) is permanently connected to the tank (1), while at least one of the connectors (3a, 3b), preferably the upper connector (3a), is connected to the frame (2) ) of the working machine by means of an actuator (5), preferably a hydraulic cylinder, which cylinder (5) is pivotally attached to the frame (2) of the working machine with one end, while with the other end it is pivoted to the connector (3a), the profile (4a) is parallel to the profile (4b), and the upper link (3a) and the lower link (3b) are of approximately equal length and are pivoted to the profiles (4a, 4b) so that they form a parallelogram, and the pivot points of the links (3a, 3b) ) at the point of attachment to the profile (4a) lie along one axis, preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the machine and the ground on which the machine moves, as well as the pivot points of the connectors (3a, 3b) at the point of attachment to the profile (4b) lie in one axis, preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the machine and the ground on which the machine moves.
