Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób usuwania kadmu i miedzi z roztworów ekstrakcyjnego kwasu fosforowego, w wyniku którego oczyszczony kwas fosforowy ma zastosowanie w przemyśle chemicznym, w przemyśle spożywczym oraz farmaceutycznym do produkcji nawozów, środków pomocniczych do żywności i pasz charakteryzuje się tym, że do roztworu ekstrakcyjnego kwasu fosforowego o stężeniu od 18 - 56% P2O5, ogrzanego w reaktorze do temperatury z zakresu 10 — 50°C, dodaje się wodny roztwór estrów dialkilowych kwasu ditiofosforowego w formie soli sodowej w ilości 1,0 do 6,0 g/kg P2O5, następnie całość miesza się przez co najmniej jedną godzinę, po czym pozostawia się do odstania na co najmniej dwanaście godzin, a następnie oddziela się oczyszczony kwas fosforowy od osadu oraz warstwy organicznej.
