Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania powłok dźwiękochłonnych polegający na połączeniu roztworu zawierającego co najmniej jeden materiał powłokotwórczy z co najmniej jednym związkiem o zwiększonych właściwościach dźwiękochłonnych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że sporządza się roztwór dodając do wody poliwinylopirolidon, alkohol poliwinylowy oraz poliakrylan sodu albo krzemian sodu lub krzemianu potasu w ilości od 5 do 20% wagowych, po czym dodaje się do niego co najmniej jeden związek o zwiększonych właściwościach dźwiękochłonnych wybrany z grupy obejmującej nanocząstki tlenku żelaza(III), nanocząstki tlenku niklu, nanocząstki ditlenku krzemu lub tytanianu żelaza(II), gdzie udział masowy co najmniej jednego związku o zwiększonych właściwościach dźwiękochłonnych w materiale powłokotwórczym w stanie suchym wynosi od 5 do 30% wagowych, w końcu otrzymaną zawiesinę poddaje się działaniu ultradźwięków otrzymując gotowy produkt. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także powłoka dźwiękochłonna.The subject of the application is a method of producing sound-absorbing coatings consisting in combining a solution containing at least one film-forming material with at least one compound with increased sound-absorbing properties, characterized by the fact that a solution is prepared by adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol and sodium polyacrylate or sodium silicate to water or potassium silicate in an amount of 5 to 20% by weight, and then at least one compound with increased soundproofing properties selected from the group consisting of iron (III) oxide nanoparticles, nickel oxide nanoparticles, silicon dioxide nanoparticles or iron (II) titanate is added to it, where the mass fraction of at least one compound with enhanced sound-absorbing properties in the film-forming material in a dry state is from 5 to 30% by weight, finally the obtained suspension is sonicated to obtain the finished product. The invention also relates to a sound-absorbing coating.
