Abstract
The invention provides a double-component tile adhesive, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: (0.04-0.08) and a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials (100-150 parts of white cement, 0.5-1.5 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1.5-2.5 parts of cellulose ether, 50-80 parts of heavy calcium powder, 200-300 parts of quartz sand and 1-4 parts of mildew preventive); the component B is pearl powder; the adhesive with the proper color can be selected according to the color or decoration style of the ceramic tile, so that the gap difference contrast is reduced, the subsequent use of the seam beautifying agent is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of adhesives, in particular to a double-component tile adhesive.
Background
At present, the special adhesive for ceramic tiles is generally prepared by mechanically mixing cement, quartz sand, polymer sizing material and a plurality of additives, and is also called as ceramic tile adhesive or beneficial mortar. The bonding force of the tile adhesive mainly comprises mechanical engaging force formed by embedding mortar into the pores of the tile and chemical and physical bonding force formed by polymer adhesive at a bonding interface. Compared with the common cement mortar adhesive, the tile adhesive has the characteristics of high bonding strength, high hardening speed and good construction performance.
However, most of the adhesives are gray black, gaps are reserved between tiles, the gray black adhesives are exposed from the gaps, the appearance is affected, and then the gaps are filled with additional seam beautifying agents, so that the decoration cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a double-component tile adhesive, which can select an adhesive with a proper color according to the color or decoration style of a tile, reduce gap difference contrast, reduce the use of subsequent seam beautifying agents and reduce cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a double-component tile adhesive, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: (0.04-0.08) component A and component B, wherein:
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
white cement: 100-150 parts;
redispersible latex powder: 0.5-1.5 parts;
cellulose ether: 1.5-2.5 parts;
heavy calcium powder: 50-80 parts;
quartz sand: 200-300 parts;
mildew preventive: 1-4 parts;
the component B consists of the following raw materials:
pearl powder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the white cement is white cement 525 or white cement 625.
In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the granularity of the white cement is not less than 800 meshes.
In the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the redispersible latex powder is acrylic acid redispersible latex powder.
In the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the cellulose ether is one or more of hydroxypropyl cellulose ether, hydroxyethyl cellulose ether, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether.
In the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the coarse whiting powder has the granularity of 500-600 meshes and the whiteness requirement of 95%.
In the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the granularity of the quartz sand is 200-400 meshes.
In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the mildew preventive is an isothiazolinone compound.
In the preferred technical scheme of the invention, the pearl powder is powder with the granularity of 700 meshes to 1000 meshes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the two-component tile adhesive provided by the invention, the component B is the pearl powder, and the adhesive with a proper color can be selected according to the tile color or decoration style, so that the gap difference contrast is reduced, the subsequent use of a seam beautifying agent is reduced, and the cost is reduced; and the mildew preventive can reduce the generation of mildew, so that the adhesive exposed in the gap can not generate mildew, and the appearance is kept.
